Alternative Methods of Placing an order

If you feel uncertain about sending your credit card details over the Internet, you can complete the order online and then chose one of the following payment options that are available:

Giving your credit card details by telephone.
Giving your credit card details by fax.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the delivery as per the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Should you wish to cancel for whatever reason all items should be left unopened, sealed and intact. We will refund the money in full including the delivery charge. However, under the Distance Selling Regulations we have the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods. It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods until they are collected. 30 days must be allowed from the date of cancellation for collection and refunds. Please write or e mail us within the time specified as detailed above if you wish to cancel your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Security
One of the concerns about online shopping is the security of credit card or debit card details. The Capricorn Contract Supplies Ltd. online shop uses 'SSL' to protect personal and credit card details, which ensures that your credit card details are encrypted for transfer over the Internet, i.e. between your PC and our secure server, so that they cannot be read or changed during transmission. Once received by Capricorn order processing staff, the transaction is processed as a Cardholder Not Present (CNP) transaction, as used for purchases made over the telephone. You are strongly advised not to send credit or debit card details in normal emails (i.e. without being encrypted).
