We have a unique advantage in that we use the products that we sell on our contracts so we know that they work effectively and can pass this knowledge to our customers.  We constantly try new products to maintain and update our knowledge. This particularly applies when new types of stone, quartz or ceramics are produced, we invariably work on them on our contracts dept.
